What is an E-Flyer?
An E-Flyer is an email flyer that is emailed to local real estate professionals in the coverage area(s) you select creating maximum exposure for your listing.

Can I use a flyer I already have on my computer?
Absolutely. In addition to providing you with professionally predesigned templates you can also choose to send out your own flyer at no additional charge (PDF, JPEG, etc.). To take advantage of this, you must choose the "I want to use my own flyer" option on Step 1 of the order process.

Can I come back and finish my order at a later time?
Sure. Each time you advance to a new step in the order process, our website will automatically save your progress. In order to retrieve your order at a later time, you will need to contact us. We will then issue you a password that will allow you to continue where you left off.

Why do my pictures look distorted during the upload process?
This preview is meant to give you a general idea of what your e-Flyer will look like. Because it is only a “rough draft”, images and text placement may look distorted. Once we receive your order, a member of our design team will personally resize your photos, run a spell/grammar check and correct any errors. When finished, we will send you an E-Mail containing a final proof seeking your approval prior to distribution.

Can I make changes to my e-Flyer once I receive my proof?
Yes. When you receive your proof, there will be a comments box that will allow you to request changes. Unlike other e-Flyer companies, we do not charge for revisions. Once you submit changes, a member of our design team will make the corrections and send you a revised proof seeking your approval. As a reminder, your e-Flyer will not be scheduled for delivery until we have your final approval.

I am still waiting for my proof, when will it arrive?
Typically, your proof will arrive within 1-3 hours if your order was placed during business hours. If you are placing your order outside of our normal business hours (M-F, 8AM-5PM Pacific Time) your proof will arrive on the next business day.

How many times does each e-Flyer go out for delivery?
We are a "pay as you go service" (no memberships), meaning, your e-Flyer will be delivered one time to the coverage area you select. As an additional purchase option, you can schedule additional delivery dates at a reduced rate.

How quick will my E-Flyer be delivered?
Because you specify your delivery date(s), the choice is yours. Same day delivery is available at no additional charge, provided your order has been received during normal business hours. Remember: your e-Flyer will not be scheduled for delivery until we have your final approval; therefore, it is important to leave yourself enough time to approve your e-Flyer before the end of business day (5:00PM PT).

In many cases, your e-Flyer will be delivered to thousands of agents, which may take 1-2 hours to fully distribute. If you are advertising a time sensitive event (such as an open house), it is a good idea to have your e-Flyer go out the day before.

Is this a spamming service?
We are not a spamming service. Our lists are targeted, delivering information of vital importance for your business. People that are not interested in our service are given multiple opportunities to unsubscribe from our lists at any time by clicking an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each flyer that is received or by visiting our website. Where do you get your list?
Our lists are composed from a variety of reputable sources including direct opt-ins, offices rosters, public record clearing houses, state directories as well as our own research. In addition to Real Estate Agents, Professionals and Investors may sign up to receive Agent E-Flyers on a daily basis so our lists are always expanding.

What is your return policy?
To receive a cash refund, you must cancel your e-Flyer purchase prior to receiving your proof. If you need to cancel your order after it has been proofed by a member of our design team, we will be more than happy to issue you a full value credit, which can be used towards the purchase of a new e-Flyer in the future. Credits do not expire.
